This reverts commit 8401a108a63302a5a198c7075d857895ca624851.

I got a report from an (anonymous) Sundance user:

  Ethernet controller: Sundance Technology Inc / IC Plus Corp IC Plus IP100A Integrated 10/100 Ethernet MAC + PHY (rev 31)

Revert the driver back in. Make following changes:
 - update Denis's email address in MAINTAINERS
 - adjust to timer API renames:
   - del_timer_sync() -&gt; timer_delete_sync()
   - from_timer() -&gt; timer_container_of()

Konstantin reports the maintainer's address bounces.
There is no other maintainer and the driver is quite old.
There is a good chance nobody is using this driver any more.
Let's try to remove it completely, we can revert it back in
if someone complains.

<title>drivers/net: delete old parallel port de600/de620 drivers</title>

The parallel port is largely replaced by USB, and even in the
day where these drivers were current, the documented speed was
less than 100kB/s. Let us not pretend that anyone cares about
these drivers anymore, or worse - pretend that anyone is using
them on a modern kernel.

As a side bonus, this is the end of legacy parallel port ethernet,
so we get to drop the whole chunk relating to that in the legacy
Space.c file containing the non-PCI unified probe dispatch.

Move the D-Link drivers into drivers/net/ethernet/dlink/ and
make the necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes.
