dm9000: Return an ERR_PTR() in all error conditions of dm9000_parse_dt()

In one error condition dm9000_parse_dt() returns NULL, however the return value is checked using IS_ERR() in dm9000_probe(), leading to the error not being properly propagated if CONFIG_OF is not enabled or the device tree data is not available. dm9000: Remove typedef board_info_t

The Linux kernel coding style guidelines suggest not using typedefs for structure types. This patch gets rid of the typedef for board_info_t. Also, the name of the structs is changed to drop the _t, to make the name look less typedef-like. dm9000: avoid sleeping in dm9000_timeout callback

On the DM9000B, dm9000_msleep() is called during the dm9000_timeout() routine. Since dm9000_timeout() holds the main spinlock through the entire routine, mdelay() needs to be used rather than msleep().
