memory: samsung: exynos-srom: Fix of_iomap leak in exynos_srom_probe

commit 6744085079e785dae5f7a2239456135407c58b25 upstream. The of_platform_populate() call at the end of the function has a possible failure path, causing a resource leak. Replace of_iomap() with devm_platform_ioremap_resource() to ensure automatic cleanup of srom->reg_base. This issue was detected by smatch static analysis: drivers/memory/samsung/exynos-srom.c:155 exynos_srom_probe()warn: 'srom->reg_base' from of_iomap() not released on lines: 155. memory: tegra20-emc: Correct memory device mask

We didn't have devices that use a single LPDDR chip and both chips are always identical, hence this change is just a minor improvement. memory: tegra20-emc: fix an OF node reference bug in tegra_emc_find_node_by_ram_code()

[ Upstream commit b9784e5cde1f9fb83661a70e580e381ae1264d12 ] As of_find_node_by_name() release the reference of the argument device node, tegra_emc_find_node_by_ram_code() releases some device nodes while still in use, resulting in possible UAFs. According to the bindings and the in-tree DTS files, the "emc-tables" node is always device's child node with the property "nvidia,use-ram-code", and the "lpddr2" node is a child of the "emc-tables" node. Thus utilize the for_each_child_of_node() macro and of_get_child_by_name() instead of of_find_node_by_name() to simplify the code. This bug was found by an experimental verification tool that I am developing.
