<title>media: rc: keymaps: add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION to keymaps</title>

When building the modules 'modpost' warns about missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION.

Since almost none of the rc keymap modules have this, it produces a lot of
warnings.

As a first step to fixing all media modules, add this line to all keymaps.
The description should be a human-readable string describing the remote
or the remote controller that the keymap can be used with.

Note that keymaps/rc-cec.c is actually compiled into the rc-core, so that
is the sole keymap source that didn't need this.

<title>media: rc: Prefer KEY_NUMERIC_* for number buttons on remotes</title>

Prefer KEY_NUMERIC_* for number buttons on remotes. Now all the remotes
use KEY_NUMERIC_[0-9] for the number buttons rather than keys that
could be affected by modifiers (Caps-Lock, or Num-Lock) or regional
keymaps.

Created using:
sed -i 's/KEY_\([0-9]\) /KEY_NUMERIC_\1 /' *.c
sed -i 's/KEY_\([0-9]\)}/KEY_NUMERIC_\1}/' *.c
sed -i 's/``KEY_\([0-9]\)/``KEY_NUMERIC_\1/' Documentation/media/uapi/rc/rc-tables.rst

<title>media: rc keymaps: add SPDX identifiers to the code I wrote</title>

As we're now using SPDX identifiers, on the several
RC keymap files I wrote, add the proper SPDX, identifying
the license I meant.

As we're now using the short license, it doesn't make sense to
keep the original license text.

Also, fix MODULE_LICENSE to identify GPL v2, as this is the
minimal license requirement for those modles.

RC_TYPE is confusing and it's just the protocol. So rename it.

A pending cleanup will mean that module.h won't be implicitly
everywhere anymore. Make sure the modular drivers in clocksource
are actually calling out for &lt;module.h&gt; explicitly in advance.

Each keyboard map were using a different definition for
the Source/Video Source key.
Behold Columbus were the only one using KEY_PROPS.

As we want to standardize those keys at X11 and at
userspace applications, we need to use just one code
for it.

Remote keytables had different names all over the place. Part of the fault
is due to a bad naming when rc subsystem was created, but there were lots
of old names that were still here.

Use a common standard for everything.
