Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

 - Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial
   scan/conversion to ignore the file

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

Replace the specification of a data structure by a pointer dereference
as the parameter for the operator "sizeof" to make the corresponding size
determination a bit safer according to the Linux coding style convention.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

Soon my dibcom.fr/parrot.com-address won't respond anymore.
Thus I'm replacing it. And, while being at it,
let's adapt some other (old) email-addresses as well.

Loading the cypress firmware is not dvb specific and should be common
functionality. Move the source to media/common and make it a standalone
module.
As a result we can remove the dependency on dvb-usb in go7007, which has
nothing to do with dvb.
