interconnect: qcom: Convert to platform remove callback returning void

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove(). Several drivers use qcom_icc_rpmh_remove() as remove callback which returns zero unconditionally. Make it return void and use .remove_new in the drivers. There is no change in behaviour. interconnect: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. interconnect: sm8450: Ignore return value of icc_provider_del() in .remove()

icc_provider_del() already emits an error message on failure. In this case letting .remove() return the corresponding error code results in another error message and the device is removed anyhow. (See platform_remove().) So ignore the return value of icc_provider_del() and return 0 unconditionally. This is a preparation for making platform remove callbacks return void. since there have conflict between two headers icc-rpmh.h and icc-rpm.h, the function qcom_icc_xlate_extended() is declared in icc-rpmh.h thus it cannot be used by icc-rpm driver. Move the function to a new common file icc-common.c so that allow it to be called by multiple drivers.
