This adds support for the new AC97 bus code, which discovers the devices
rather than uses platform data.

As part of this discovery, it enables a multi-function device wm97xx,
which supports touchscreen, battery, ADC and an audio codec. This patch
adds the code to bind the touchscreen "cell" as the touchscreen driver.

This was tested on the pxa architecture with a pxa270 + wm9713 + the
mioa701 touchscreen.

wm97xx-core does several things in it initialization :
- touchscreen input device setup
- battery device creation

As the wm97xx is actually a multi-function device handling an audio
codec, a touchscreen, a gpio block and an ADC, reshape the probing to
isolate what is truly input/touchscreen specific from the remaining
part.

This is only code shuffling, there is no functional change.

Commit 6480af4915d6 ("power_supply: wm97xx_battery: use
power_supply_get_drvdata") made wm97xx platform data mandatory, although
it's still optional.

This patch fixes an oops during driver probe on one of my MIPS boards with
a wm9712.

As the power supply framework provides a way to store and retrieve
private supply data, use it.

In the process, change the platform data for wm97xx_battery from a
container of a single struct wm97xx_batt_pdata to the direct point to wm97xx_batt_pdata.

alloc_ordered_workqueue() replaces deprecated
create_singlethread_workqueue().

It queues work items via &wm->ts_reader and &wm->pen_event_work which map
to wm97xx_pen_irq_worker (handles a pen down interrupt) and
wm97xx_ts_reader (the touchscreen sample reader) respectively. Hence, an
ordered dedicated workqueue has been used.

Convert the ac97_bus from legacy suspend/resume callbacks to dev_pm_ops.

Since there isn't anything special to do at the bus level the bus driver
does not have to implement any callbacks. The device driver core will
automatically pick up and execute the device's PM ops.

As there is only a single AC'97 driver implementing suspend and resume,
update both the core and driver at the same time to avoid unnecessary code
churn.

While we are at it also drop the ifdefs around the suspend/resume functions
to increase compile test coverage.

With fast movements, there occured some out of screen jumps with my
touchscreen. The abs_x and abs_y module parameters should fix this by
default, but the driver doesn't actively checks the x/y coordinates.

Instead it seems that the input layer was supposed to drop out of range
inputs, as described in the comments:
"These parameters are used to help the input layer discard out of
range readings and reduce jitter etc"

The input layer documentation describes that values that are not in the
absolute range are also accepted.

So this patch adds a check within the driver.
