It is preferred to use sizeof(*pointer) instead of sizeof(type) due to the type of the variable can change and one needs not change the former (unlike the latter). This patch has no effect on runtime behavior. SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() is deprecated as it requires explicit protection against unused function warnings. The new combination of pm_sleep_ptr() and DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() allows the compiler to see the functions, thus suppressing the warning, but still allowing the unused code to be removed. Thus also drop the __maybe_unused markings. amba: Make the remove callback return void

All amba drivers return 0 in their remove callback. Together with the driver core ignoring the return value anyhow, it doesn't make sense to return a value here. Change the remove prototype to return void, which makes it explicit that returning an error value doesn't work as expected. This simplifies changing the core remove callback to return void, too.
