There's no need to get the length of an DT array property before parsing the array. of_property_read_variable_u32_array() takes a minimum and maximum length and returns the actual length (or error code). This is part of a larger effort to remove callers of of_get_property() and similar functions. of_get_property() leaks the DT property data pointer which is a problem for dynamically allocated nodes which may be freed. SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() is deprecated as it requires explicit protection against unused function warnings. The new combination of pm_sleep_ptr() and DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() allows the compiler to see the functions, thus suppressing the warning, but still allowing the unused code to be removed. disable_irq() after request_irq() still has a time gap in which interrupts can come. request_irq() with IRQF_NO_AUTOEN flag will disable IRQ auto-enable because of requesting. On the other hand, request_irq() after setting IRQ_NOAUTOEN as below irq_set_status_flags(irq, IRQ_NOAUTOEN); request_irq(dev, irq...); can also be replaced by request_irq() with IRQF_NO_AUTOEN flag.
