drm/msm/edp: convert to msm_clk_get()

We already have, as a result of upstreaming the gpu bindings, msm_clk_get() which will try to get the clock both without and with a "_clk" suffix. It's dead code, the core handles all this directly now. The only special case is nouveau and tda988x which used one function for both legacy modeset code and -nv50 atomic world instead of 2 vtables.
