PSR on CNL requires AUX IO wells to be kept on and the existing AUX domain for AUX-A enables DC_OFF well too. This is not required, so add a new AUX_IO_A domain for AUX-A to allow DC states to remain enabled. Since we no longer have a 1:1 correspondence between ports and AUX channels, let's give AUX channels their own enum. On some Cannonlake SKUs we have a dedicated Aux for port F, that is only the full split between port A and port E.
