Both macros evaluate to 0. At the same time flag is already set to
zero since the struct is kzalloc'd in framebuffer_alloc().
As called by drm_fb_helper_alloc_fbi() in the DRM drivers.

v2: Rebase and improve commit message per Emil's suggestion.

<title>drm: Split out drm_probe_helper.h</title>

Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in
the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is
confusing. Split them out.

To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all
drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of
drm_crtc_helper.h includes.

v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers
that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1.

v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but
not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h &gt; drm_modeset_helper.h -&gt; drmP.h
there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means
rolling out lots more includes all over.

This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I
expect.

v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs.

v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits:
- (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in
  other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged).
- sort alphabetically

v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I
touch.

v6: Rebase onto i915 changes.

v7: Rebase once more.

<title>drm/exynos/iommu: integrate IOMMU/DMA internal API</title>

Exynos DRM drivers should work with and without IOMMU. Providing common
API generic to both scenarios should make code cleaner and allow further
code improvements.
The patch removes including of exynos_drm_iommu.h as the file contains
mostly IOMMU specific stuff, instead it exposes exynos_drm_*_dma functions
and puts them into exynos_drm_dma.c.

Since connectors can be created dynamically, fbdev should be initialized
even if there are no connectors at the moment. Otherwise fbdev will
not be created even after connector's appearance.
The patch fixes lack of fbdev on rinato and trats boards.

convert drm_atomic_helper_suspend/resume() to use
drm_mode_config_helper_suspend/resume().

exynos_drm_fbdev_suspend/resume can be removed
as drm_mode_config_helper_suspend/resume has
implement the same in generic way.

Remove suspend_state from exynos_drm_private
struct as it is no more useful.

Commit 7d902c05b480 ("drm: Nuke drm_atomic_helper_connector_dpms")
removed drm_atomic_helper_connector_dpms() helper saying that it was a dead
code. It was however indirectly used by Exynos DRM driver for implementing
suspend/resume support. To fix this regression (after that patch Exynos DRM
suspend/resume functions became no-ops and hardware fails to suspend),
this patch rewrites them with drm_atomic_helper_suspend/resume() helpers.

The drm driver .load() operation is prone to race conditions as it
initializes the driver after registering the device nodes. Its usage is
deprecated, inline it in the probe function and call drm_dev_alloc() and
drm_dev_register() explicitly.

For consistency inline the .unload() handler in the remove function as
well.
