We deleted some code in e154162ef75d ("drm/amd/powerplay: refine pp code
for raven") but there were a few related bits that were missed.  Let's

As there is no PPTable in RV, it is difficult to
cleanly decouple PPTABLE functionality in existing

This patch reshuffles headers to define pr_fmt before &lt;linux/xxx.h&gt;.
It can avoid pr_fmt redefine warnning from linux/xxx.h like below:
