"ENABLE" is currently misspelled in SYS_INFO_GPUCAPS__ENABEL_DFS_BYPASS

PS: checkpatch.pl is complaining about the presence of a space at the
start of drivers/gpu/drm/amd/include/atomfirmware.h line: 1716
This is propably because this file uses (two) spaces and not tabs.

One-element arrays are deprecated, and we are replacing them with
flexible array members instead. So, replace one-element array with
flexible-array member in struct GOP_VBIOS_CONTENT and refactor the
rest of the code accordingly.

Important to mention is that doing a build before/after this patch
results in no functional binary output differences.

This helps with the ongoing efforts to tighten the FORTIFY_SOURCE
routines on memcpy() and help us make progress towards globally
enabling -fstrict-flex-arrays=3 [1].

<title>gpu: amd: replace open-coded offsetof() with builtin</title>

The two AMD drivers have their own custom offsetof() implementation
that now triggers a warning with recent versions of clang:

drivers/gpu/drm/radeon/radeon_atombios.c:133:14: error: performing pointer subtraction with a null pointer has undefined behavior [-Werror,-Wnull-pointer-subtraction]

Change all the instances to use the normal offsetof() provided
by the kernel that does not have this problem.
