Fetch VBIOS build number from atom rom image. Add a sysfs interface to
read the build number.

Theoretically, it would be possible for a buggy or malicious VBIOS to
overwrite past the bounds of the passed parameters (or its own
workspace); add bounds checking to prevent this from happening.

This reverts commit 7748ce5b69581325cae40c2134088820f0957902.

vbios_version sysfs node is used to identify Part Number also. Revert to
the same so that it doesn't break scripts/software which parse this.
