treewide: rename GPIO set callbacks back to their original names

The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and .set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have been removed. Convert the driver to immutable irq-chip with a bit of intuition. Whereas in most cases we put the gpiochip_[enable|disable]_irq() calls in the .irq_mask() and .irq_unmask() callbacks, here we need to put them in the .irq_enable() and .irq_disable() callbacks, as this driver uses both .irq_mask() and .irq_mask_ack(). gpio: thunderx: Don't directly include asm-generic/msi.h

On architectures that require it, asm-generic/msi.h is already dragged in by the higher level include files, and is commonly refered to as 'asm/msi.h'. It is also architecture specific, and breaks compilation in a pretty bad way now that linux/gpio/driver.h includes asm/msi.h (which drags a conflicting but nonetheless correct version of msi_alloc_info_t on x86). gpio: Remove dynamic allocation from populate_parent_alloc_arg()

The gpiolib is unique in the way it uses intermediate fwspecs when feeding an interrupt specifier to the parent domain, as it relies on the populate_parent_alloc_arg() callback to perform a dynamic allocation. This is pretty inefficient (we free the structure almost immediately), and the only reason this isn't a stack allocation is that our ThunderX friend uses MSIs rather than a FW-constructed structure. Let's solve it by providing a new type composed of the union of a struct irq_fwspec and a msi_info_t, which satisfies both requirements. This allows us to use a stack allocation, and we can move the handful of users to this new scheme. Also perform some additional cleanup, such as getting rid of the stub versions of the irq_domain_translate_*cell helpers, which are never used when CONFIG_IRQ_DOMAIN_HIERARCHY isn't selected. Tested on a Tegra186. This reverts commit a7fc89f9d5fcc10a5474cfe555f5a9e5df8b0f1f because there are some bugs in this commit, and we don't have a simple way to fix these bugs. So revert this commit to make the thunderx gpio work on the stable kernel at least. We will switch to GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP for thunderx gpio by following patches. It's hard for occasional GPIO code reader/writer to know if values 0/1 equal to IN or OUT. Use defined GPIO_LINE_DIRECTION_IN and GPIO_LINE_DIRECTION_OUT to help them out. NOTE - for gpio-amd-fch and gpio-bd9571mwv: This commit also changes the return value for direction get to equal 1 for direction INPUT. Prior this commit these drivers might have returned some other positive value but 1 for INPUT. gpio: thunderx: Switch to GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP

Use the new infrastructure for hierarchical irqchips in gpiolib. The major part of the rewrite was dues to the fact that the driver was passing around a per-irq pointer to struct thunderx_line * data container, and the central handlers will assume struct gpio_chip * to be passed to we need to use the hwirq as index to look up the struct thunderx_line * for each IRQ. The pushing and pop:ing of the irqdomain was confusing because I've never seen this before, but I tried to replicate it as best I could. I have no chance to test or debug this so I need help.
