The do_decrypt() function in util.c in the BCM crypto driver is never
used, so remove it.

Add Broadcom Secure Processing Unit (SPU) crypto driver for SPU
hardware crypto offload. The driver supports ablkcipher, ahash,
and aead symmetric crypto operations.
