If all parents are specified as clk_hw, we can use parent_hws instead of
parent_data.

The test clock isn't in the bindings and apparently it's not used by
anyone upstream.  Remove it.

The necessary clocks for this driver are already fully specified in
sdm630 DT under the .fw_name, and do not need an implicit fallback to
their global name.
