With the introduction of kCFI the addition of ENDBR to
SYM_FUNC_START* no longer suffices to make the function indirectly
callable. This now requires the use of SYM_TYPED_FUNC_START.

As such, remove the implicit ENDBR from SYM_FUNC_START* and add some
explicit annotations to fix things up again.

- Use "+" constraint modifier,
  simplify inputs and output lists,
  delete dummy variables with meaningless names,

  "&amp;" only makes sense in complex assembly creating constraints on
  intermediate registers. But 1 instruction assemblies don't have
  inner body so to speak.

- Write "rep stos*" on one line:
  Rep prefix is integral part of x86 instruction.  I'm not sure why
  people separate "rep" with newline.

  Uros Bizjak adds context: "some archaic assemblers rejected 'rep
  insn' on one line. I have checked that the minimum required
  binutils-2.25 assembles this without problems."

- Use __auto_type for maximum copy pasta experience,

- Reformat a bit to make everything looks nicer.

Note that "memory" clobber is too much if "n" is known at compile time.
However,

	"=m" (*(T(*)[n])s)

doesn't work because -Wvla even if "n" is compile time constant:

	if (BCP(n)) {
		rep stos
		: "=m" (*(T(*)[n])s)
	} else {
		rep stosw
		: "memory"
	}

The above doesn't work.

KMSAN must see as many memory accesses as possible to prevent false
positive reports.  Fall back to versions of
memset16()/memset32()/memset64() implemented in lib/string.c instead of
those written in assembly.

clang -fsanitize=kernel-memory already replaces calls to
memset/memcpy/memmove and their __builtin_ versions with
__msan_memset/__msan_memcpy/__msan_memmove in instrumented files, so
there is no need to override them.

In non-instrumented versions we are now required to leave memset() and
friends intact, so we cannot replace them with __msan_XXX() functions.

Now that memcpy/memset/memmove are no longer overridden by KASAN, we can
just use the normal symbol names in uninstrumented files.

Ensure that KMSAN builds replace memset/memcpy/memmove calls with the
respective __msan_XXX functions, and that none of the macros are redefined
twice.  This should allow building kernel with both CONFIG_KMSAN and
CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE.

Unless stated otherwise (by explicitly calling __memcpy(), __memset() or
__memmove()) we want all string functions to call their __msan_ versions
(e.g.  __msan_memcpy() instead of memcpy()), so that shadow and origin
values are updated accordingly.

Bootloader must still use the default string functions to avoid crashes.

In reaction to a proposal to introduce a memcpy_mcsafe_fast()
implementation Linus points out that memcpy_mcsafe() is poorly named
relative to communicating the scope of the interface. Specifically what
addresses are valid to pass as source, destination, and what faults /
exceptions are handled.

Of particular concern is that even though x86 might be able to handle
the semantics of copy_mc_to_user() with its common copy_user_generic()
implementation other archs likely need / want an explicit path for this
case:

Replace a single top-level memcpy_mcsafe() with either
copy_mc_to_user(), or copy_mc_to_kernel().

Introduce an x86 copy_mc_fragile() name as the rename for the
low-level x86 implementation formerly named memcpy_mcsafe(). It is used
as the slow / careful backend that is supplanted by a fast
copy_mc_generic() in a follow-on patch.

One side-effect of this reorganization is that separating copy_mc_64.S
to its own file means that perf no longer needs to track dependencies
for its memcpy_64.S benchmarks.
