[ Upstream commit 55d8bd02cc1b9f1063993b5c42c9cabf4af67dea ]

Use "%pa" format specifier for resource_size_t to avoid a compiler
printk format warning.

include/linux/kern_levels.h:5:25: error: format '%x' expects argument of type 'unsigned int', but argument 2 has type 'resource_size_t'

Don't inherit headers "by chances" from asm/prom.h, asm/mpc52xx.h,
asm/pci.h etc...

Include the needed headers, and remove asm/prom.h when it was
needed exclusively for pulling necessary headers.

<title>powerpc/sysdev: Add __init attribute to eligible functions</title>

Some files functions in 'arch/powerpc/sysdev' are deserving of an `__init`
macro attribute. These functions are only called by other initialization
functions and therefore should inherit the attribute.
Also, change function declarations in header files to include `__init`.

<title>powerpc: Convert irq_domain_add_legacy_isa use to irq_domain_add_legacy</title>

irq_domain_add_legacy_isa is a pain. It only exists for the benefit of
two PPC-specific drivers, and creates an ugly dependency between asm/irq.h
and linux/irqdomain.h

Instead, let's convert these two drivers to irq_domain_add_legacy(),
stop using NUM_ISA_INTERRUPTS by directly setting NR_IRQS_LEGACY.

The dependency cannot be broken yet as there is a lot of PPC-related
code that depends on it, but that's the first step towards it.

A followup patch will remove irq_domain_add_legacy_isa.

full_name to use %pOF instead. This is preparation to remove storing

This macro is taken from s390, and allows more flexibility in
changing exception table format.

mpe: Put it in ppc_asm.h and only define one version using
stringinfy_in_c(). Add some empty definitions and headers to keep the
selftests happy.

NO_IRQ has been == 0 on powerpc for just over ten years (since commit
0ebfff1491ef ("[POWERPC] Add new interrupt mapping core and change
platforms to use it")). It's also 0 on most other arches.

Although it's fairly harmless, every now and then it causes confusion
when a driver is built on powerpc and another arch which doesn't define
NO_IRQ. There's at least 6 definitions of NO_IRQ in drivers/, at least
some of which are to work around that problem.

So we'd like to remove it. This is fairly trivial in the arch code, we
just convert:

if (irq == NO_IRQ)	to	if (!irq)
if (irq != NO_IRQ)	to	if (irq)
    irq = NO_IRQ;	to	irq = 0;
    return NO_IRQ;	to	return 0;

And a few other odd cases as well.

At least for now we keep the #define NO_IRQ, because there is driver
code that uses NO_IRQ and the fixes to remove those will go via other
trees.

Note we also change some occurrences in PPC sound drivers, drivers/ps3,
and drivers/macintosh.

Most interrupt flow handlers do not use the irq argument. Those few
which use it can retrieve the irq number from the irq descriptor.

Remove the argument.

Search and replace was done with coccinelle and some extra helper
scripts around it. Thanks to Julia for her help!
