These functions are only called by other initialization functions and therefore should inherit the attribute. Also, change function declarations in header files to include `__init`. Adds support to enable/disable a sensor group at runtime. This can be used to select the sensor groups that needs to be copied to main memory by OCC. powerpc/powernv: Add support to clear sensor groups data
