powerpc/msi: Fix deassociation of MSI descriptors

Since 2f2940d16823 ("genirq/msi: Remove filter from msi_free_descs_free_range()"), the core MSI code relies on the msi_desc->irq field to have been cleared before the descriptor can be freed, as it indicates that there is no association with a device anymore. The irq domain code provides this guarantee, and so does s390, which is one of the two architectures not using irq domains for MSIs. Powerpc, however, is missing this particular requirements, leading in a splat and leaked MSI descriptors. Adding the now required irq reset to the handful of powerpc backends that implement MSIs fixes that particular problem. powerpc: Fix all occurences of duplicate words

Since commit 87c78b612f4f ("powerpc: Fix all occurences of "the the"") fixed "the the", there's now a steady stream of patches fixing other duplicate words. Just fix them all at once, to save the overhead of dealing with individual patches for each case. This leaves a few cases of "that that", which in some contexts is correct. powerpc/4xx/cpm: Fix return value of __setup() handler

__setup() handlers should return 1 to obsolete_checksetup() in init/main.c to indicate that the boot option has been handled. A return of 0 causes the boot option/value to be listed as an Unknown kernel parameter and added to init's (limited) argument or environment strings. Also, error return codes don't mean anything to obsolete_checksetup() -- only non-zero (usually 1) or zero. So return 1 from cpm_powersave_off(). powerpc/4xx: Remove MSI support which never worked

This code is broken since day one. ppc4xx_setup_msi_irqs() has the following gems: 1) The handling of the result of msi_bitmap_alloc_hwirqs() is completely broken: When the result is greater than or equal 0 (bitmap allocation successful) then the loop terminates and the function returns 0 (success) despite not having installed an interrupt. When the result is less than 0 (bitmap allocation fails), it prints an error message and continues to "work" with that error code which would eventually end up in the MSI message data. 2) On every invocation the file global pp4xx_msi::msi_virqs bitmap is allocated thereby leaking the previous one. IOW, this has never worked and for more than 10 years nobody cared. Remove the gunk.
