<title>MIPS: SGI-IP30: Fix platform-device leak in bridge_platform_create()</title>

In error case in bridge_platform_create after calling
platform_device_add()/platform_device_add_data()/
platform_device_add_resources(), release the failed
'pdev' or it will be leak, call platform_device_put()
to fix this problem.

Besides, 'pdev' is divided into 'pdev_wd' and 'pdev_bd',
use platform_device_unregister() to release sgi_w1
resources when xtalk-bridge registration fails.

platform_device_add_data() duplicates the memory it is passed. So we can
free some memory to save a few bytes that would remain unused otherwise.

<title>memblock: rename memblock_free to memblock_phys_free</title>

Since memblock_free() operates on a physical range, make its name
reflect it and rename it to memblock_phys_free(), so it will be a
logical counterpart to memblock_phys_alloc().

The callers are updated with the below semantic patch:

    @@
    expression addr;
    expression size;
    @@
    - memblock_free(addr, size);
    + memblock_phys_free(addr, size);

Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either
generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or
generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to
generic_handle_domain_irq().
