get_nasid() will be different for SGI-IP35, therefore move IP27
implementation to IP27 specific file.

By including agent.h where hub related defines/structs are needed, we
have only one place to select, which agent chip (HUB or BEDROCK) is used.

By using cpu physid already present when scanning for CPUs
get_cpu_slice() is unsued and can be removed together with two
other then used functions.

Node ids don't need to be contiguous in Linux, so the concept to
use compact node ids to make them contiguous isn't needed at all.
This patchset therefore removes it.

Most of the SN/SN0 header files are inherited from IRIX header files,
but not all of that stuff is useful for Linux. Remove not used parts.

Replace hub register access with __raw_readq/__raw_writeq and get
rid of hubreg_t completely. Also remove no longer (probably never
used) used defines

Having received another series of whitespace patches I decided to do this
once and for all rather than dealing with this kind of patches trickling
in forever.
