m68k: Replace ASSEMBLY with ASSEMBLER in non-uapi headers

While the GCC and Clang compilers already define __ASSEMBLER__ automatically when compiling assembly code, __ASSEMBLY__ is a macro that only gets defined by the Makefiles in the kernel. This can be very confusing when switching between userspace and kernelspace coding, or when dealing with uapi headers that rather should use __ASSEMBLER__ instead. So let's standardize on the __ASSEMBLER__ macro that is provided by the compilers now. This is almost a completely mechanical patch (done with a simple "sed -i" statement), with one comment tweaked manually in arch/m68k/include/asm/mac_baboon.h (which was missing underscores). m68k: generalize uboot command line support

The uboot command line support needs to be used by both MMU and no-MMU setups, but currently we only have the code in the no-MMU code paths. Drop remainings and API for backwards compatibility with bootinfo interface version 1.0. This was used when booting a 2.1.x or newer kernel on Amiga, Atari, or Mac using a bootstrap for kernel 2.0.x. Merge header files for m68k and m68knommu to the single location: arch/m68k/include/asm The majority of this patch was the result of the script that is included in the changelog below. The script was originally written by Arnd Bergman and exten by me to cover a few more files. When the header files differed the script uses the following: The original m68k file is named _mm.h [mm for memory manager] The m68knommu file is named _no.h [no for no memory manager] The files uses the following include guard: This include gaurd works as the m68knommu toolchain set the __uClinux__ symbol - so this should work in userspace too. Merging the header files for m68k and m68knommu exposes the (unexpected?) ABI differences thus it is easier to actually identify these and thus to fix them.
