ARM: do away with ARCH_[WANT_OPTIONAL|REQUIRE]_GPIOLIB

This replaces: - "select ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB" with "select GPIOLIB" as this can now be selected directly. - "select ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB" with no dependency: GPIOLIB is now selectable by everyone, so we need not declare our intent to select it. When ordering the symbols the following rationale was used: if the selects were in alphabetical order, I moved select GPIOLIB to be in alphabetical order, but if the selects were not maintained in alphabetical order, I just replaced "select ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB" with "select GPIOLIB". ARM: use "depends on" for SoC configs instead of "if" after prompt

Many ARM sub-architectures use prompts followed by "if" conditional, but it is wrong. Please notice the difference between config ARCH_FOO bool "Foo SoCs" if ARCH_MULTI_V7 and config ARCH_FOO bool "Foo SoCs" depends on ARCH_MULTI_V7 These two are *not* equivalent! In the former statement, it is not ARCH_FOO, but its prompt that depends on ARCH_MULTI_V7. So, it is completely valid that ARCH_FOO is selected by another, but ARCH_MULTI_V7 is still disabled. As it is not unmet dependency, Kconfig never warns. This is probably not what you want. The former should be used only when you need to do so, and you really understand what you are doing. (In most cases, it should be wrong!) For enabling/disabling sub-architectures, the latter is always correct. As a good side effect, this commit fixes some entries over 80 columns (mach-imx, mach-integrator, mach-mbevu). Kconfig: rename HAS_IOPORT to HAS_IOPORT_MAP

If the renamed symbol is defined lib/iomap.c implements ioport_map and ioport_unmap and currently (nearly) all platforms define the port accessor functions outb/inb and friend unconditionally. So HAS_IOPORT_MAP is the better name for this. Consequently NO_IOPORT is renamed to NO_IOPORT_MAP. The motivation for this change is to reintroduce a symbol HAS_IOPORT that signals if outb/int et al are available. I will address that at least one merge window later though to keep surprises to a minimum and catch new introductions of (HAS|NO)_IOPORT. ARM: Select V6K instead of V6 by default for multi-platform

Pull ARM SoC specific changes from Arnd Bergmann: "These changes are all to SoC-specific code, a total of 33 branches on 17 platforms were pulled into this. Like last time, Renesas sh-mobile is now the platform with the most changes, followed by OMAP and EXYNOS. Two new platforms, TI Keystone and Rockchips RK3xxx are added in this branch, both containing almost no platform specific code at all, since they are using generic subsystem interfaces for clocks, pinctrl, interrupts etc. The device drivers are getting merged through the respective subsystem maintainer trees. One more SoC (u300) is now multiplatform capable and several others (shmobile, exynos, msm, integrator, kirkwood, clps711x) are moving towards that goal with this series but need more work. Also noteworthy is the work on PCI here, which is traditionally part of the SoC specific code. With the changes done by Thomas Petazzoni, we can now more easily have PCI host controller drivers as loadable modules and keep them separate from the platform code in drivers/pci/host.
