<title>Documentation: Document the NVMe PCI endpoint target driver</title>

Add a documentation file
(Documentation/nvme/nvme-pci-endpoint-target.rst) for the new NVMe PCI
endpoint target driver. This provides an overview of the driver
requirements, capabilities and limitations. A user guide describing how
to setup a NVMe PCI endpoint device using this driver is also provided.

This document is made accessible also from the PCI endpoint
documentation using a link. Furthermore, since the existing nvme
documentation was not accessible from the top documentation index, an
index file is added to Documentation/nvme and this index listed as
"NVMe Subsystem" in the "Storage interfaces" section of the subsystem
API index.

<title>docs: Fix subsystem APIs page so ungrouped entries have their own header</title>

The kernel subsystem APIs front page currently has four top-level
groupings with headers, and then everything else that isn't grouped.
But in the table-of-contents, ungrouped subsystems are indented as
if they were part of the preceding grouping (currently "Storage
interfaces"), which is confusing.

Fix this by adding an "Other subsystems" header for the ungrouped
subsystems.

<title>Documentation: Destage TEE subsystem documentation</title>

Add a separate documentation directory for TEE subsystem since it is a
standalone subsystem which already offers devices consumed by multiple
different subsystem drivers.

Split overall TEE subsystem documentation modularly where:
- The userspace API has been moved to Documentation/userspace-api/tee.rst.
- The driver API has been moved to Documentation/driver-api/tee.rst.
- The first module covers the overview of TEE subsystem.
- The further modules are dedicated to different TEE implementations like:
  - OP-TEE
  - AMD-TEE
  - and so on for future TEE implementation support.
