dt-bindings: add resets property to dw-apb-timer

The Synopsis DesignWare APB timer driver (drivers/clocksource/dw_apb_timer_of.c) indirectly uses the resets property of its node as it executes the function of_reset_control_get(). Make sure that this property is documented in timer/snps,dw-apb-timer.yaml to avoid make dtbs_check warnings. dt-bindings: Use 'additionalProperties' instead of 'unevaluatedProperties'

In cases where we don't reference another schema, 'additionalProperties' can be used instead. This is preferred for now as 'unevaluatedProperties' support isn't implemented yet. In a few cases, this means adding some missing property definitions of which most are for SPI bus properties. 'unevaluatedProperties' is not going to work for the SPI bus properties anyways as they are evaluated from the parent node, not the SPI child node. Clean-up incorrect indentation, extra spaces, long lines, and missing EOF newline in schema files. Most of the clean-ups are for list indentation which should always be 2 spaces more than the preceding keyword. Found with yamllint (which I plan to integrate into the checks). This binding file doesn't belong to the rtc seeing it's a pure timer with no rtc facilities like days/months/years counting and alarms. So move the YAML-file to the Documentation/devicetree/bindings/timer/ directory.
