dt-bindings: drop redundant part of title of shared bindings

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that it is a "binding", but instead just describe the hardware. For shared (re-usable) schemas, name them all as "common properties". dt-bindings: Explicitly allow additional properties in common schemas

In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As common/shared schema are included by other schemas, they should always allow for additionalProperties.
