Improve the binding example by removing all the leading zeros to fix the
following dtc warnings:

Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading 0s

Converted using the following command:

perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings "*.txt"`

Some unnecessary changes were manually fixed.

Fix couple of typos in the example given in the TI syscon reset
binding. The ti,reset-bits used for DSP0 are corrected to match
the values that will be used in the actual DT node.

Add TI syscon reset controller binding. This will hook to the reset
framework and use syscon/regmap to set reset bits. This allows reset
control of individual SoC subsytems and devices with memory-mapped
reset registers in a common register memory space.
