Change mdio.yaml nodename match pattern to
	'^mdio(-(bus|external))?(@.+|-([0-9]+))$'

Fix mdio.yaml wrong parser mdio controller's address instead phy's address
when mdio-mux exista.

For example:
mdio-mux-emi1@54 {
	compatible = "mdio-mux-mmioreg", "mdio-mux";

        mdio@20 {
		reg = <0x20>;
		       ^^^ This is mdio controller register

		ethernet-phy@2 {
			reg = <0x2>;
                              ^^^ This phy's address
		};
	};
};

Only phy's address is limited to 31 because MDIO bus definition.

But CHECK_DTBS report below warning:

arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale/fsl-ls1043a-qds.dtb: mdio-mux-emi1@54:
	mdio@20:reg:0:0: 32 is greater than the maximum of 31

The reason is that "mdio-mux-emi1@54" match "nodename: '^mdio(@.*)?'" in
mdio.yaml.

Change to '^mdio(-(bus|external))?(@.+|-([0-9]+))?$' to avoid wrong match
mdio mux controller's node.

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that
it is a "binding", but instead just describe the hardware. For shared
(re-usable) schemas, name them all as "common properties".

resets/reset-names are device specific and don't belong in the MDIO bus
schema. For example, it doesn't match what is defined for the
"qca,ar9331-switch" binding which defines "reset-names" to be "switch"
rather than "phy". Neither name is that useful IMO.

Other child properties are also device specific, but those won't conflict
with device schemas.

An MDIO bus can have devices other than ethernet PHYs on it, so it
should allow for any node name rather than just 'ethernet-phy'.

The correct syntax for JSON pointers begins with a '/' after the '#'.
Without a '/', the string should be interpreted as a subschema
identifier. The jsonschema module currently doesn't handle subschema
identifiers and incorrectly allows JSON pointers to begin without a '/'.
Let's fix this before it becomes a problem when jsonschema module is
fixed.

In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties
being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As common/shared
schema are included by other schemas, they should always allow for
additionalProperties.

Add "reset-post-delay-us" parameter to MDIO bus properties,
so it's possible to add a delay after reset deassert.
This is optional in case external hardware slows down
release of the reset signal.

A number of descriptions assume a PHY device, but since this binding
describes a MDIO bus which can have different kinds of MDIO devices
attached to it, rephrase some descriptions to be more general in that
regard.

An MDIO transaction normally starts with 32 1s as a preamble. However
not all devices requires such a preamble. Add a device tree property
which allows the preamble to be suppressed. This will half the size of
the MDIO transaction, allowing faster transactions. But it should only
be used when all devices on the bus support suppressed preamble.
