Physmap supports minimal PM since commit 0bc448b49e8a017e ("mtd: maps:
physmap: Add minimal Runtime PM support"), so support it also when used
in DT configurations.

Device specific schemas should not allow undefined properties which is
what 'additionalProperties: true' allows. Add the missing 'ranges'
property, and fix this constraint.

Several devices can be attached to memory controllers (or memory-mapped
buses), thus they can come with additional controller-specific
properties, e.g. devices wired under Intel IXP4XX bus: cfi-flash,
intel,ixp4xx-compact-flash, NS8250 serial and MAX6369 watchdog.

Referencing Memory Controller or IXP4XX bus peripheral properties fixes
few dtbs_check warnings like:

intel-ixp42x-gateworks-gw2348.dtb: ide@1,0: Unevaluated properties are not allowed
    ('intel,ixp4xx-eb-ahb-split-transfers', 'intel,ixp4xx-eb-byte-access', ... ' were unexpected)

The memory mapped MTD devices also share a lot with all the other MTD
devices, so let's share the properties by referencing mtd.yaml. We can
then drop mentioning the properties, to the cost of mentioning the
possible "sram" node name prefix.

Drop mtd/cortina,gemini-flash.txt since it is nearly already handled by
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mtd/mtd-physmap.yaml.

We add jedec-flash to list of compatible because one board (gemini-dlink-dns-313.dts) needs it.
See commit a10d862e585e ("ARM: dts: Fix the DNS-313 flash compatible")
The flash on the DNS-313 needs to be probed as JEDEC, it does not conform to the common CFI standard.

Convert the mtd-physmap binding to DT schema format. The arm-versatile,
cypress, hyperflash and intel,ixp4xx-flash are all just an additional
compatible string, so they are all merged into the main schema.

There doesn't appear to be any users nor support for 'vendor-id' and
'device-id', so these have been dropped.
