The patch 'backlight: pwm_bl: compute brightness of LED linearly to
human eye' introduced a default brightness-levels table that is used
when brightness-levels is not available in the dts. So move
brightness-levels and default-brightness-level to be optional.

The num-interpolated-steps property specifies the number of
interpolated steps between each value of brightness-level table. This is
useful for high resolution PWMs to not have to list out every possible
value in the brightness-level array.

Hardware needs a delay between setting an initial (non-zero) PWM and
enabling the backlight using GPIO. The post-pwm-on-delay-ms specifies
this delay in milli seconds. Hardware also needs a delay between disabing
the backlight using GPIO and setting PWM value to 0. The pwm-off-delay-ms
is this delay in milli seconds.

<title>backlight: lp855x: Add enable regulator</title>

The LP8556 datasheet describes an EN/VDDIO input, which serves "both as
a chip enable and as a power supply reference for PWM, SDA, and SCL
inputs." The LP8556 that I'm testing doesn't respond properly if I try
to talk I2C to it too quickly after enabling VDDIO, and the LP8555
datasheet mentions a t_RESPONSE delay of up to 1 millisecond.

Support this EN/VDDIO by adding a regulator property to the binding;
enabling this regulator at probe time; and sleeping for 1 to 2ms, if the
EN/VDDIO regulator was provided.

Pull DeviceTree updates from Rob Herring:
"A fairly large (by DT standards) pull request this time with the
majority being some overdue moving DT binding docs around to
  consolidate similar bindings.

   - DT binding doc consolidation moving similar bindings to common
locations. The majority of these are display related which were
     scattered in video/, fb/, drm/, gpu/, and panel/ directories.

   - Add new config option, CONFIG_OF_ALL_DTBS, to enable building all
dtbs in the tree for most arches with dts files (except powerpc for
     now).

   - OF_IRQ=n fixes for user enabled CONFIG_OF.

   - of_node_put ref counting fixes from Julia Lawall.

   - Common DT binding for wakeup-source and deprecation of all similar
     bindings.

   - DT binding for PXA LCD controller.

   - Allow ignoring failed PCI resource translations in order to ignore
     64-bit addresses on non-LPAE 32-bit kernels.

   - Support setting the NUMA node from DT instead of only from parent
     device.

   - Couple of earlycon DT parsing fixes for address and options"

Backlights are generally a subtype of LEDs at least from a software
point of view if not always electrically. Move the bindings from the
video directory to underneath the leds dir.
