dt-bindings: drop redundant part of title (end, part three)

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that it is a "binding", but instead just describe the hardware. ipmi:ipmb: Add the ability to have a separate slave and master device

ipmi:ipmb: Add OF support
