One DTS example was using 8-space indentation, while others 2-space.
For complex DTS with multiple levels, 2-space is not that readable and
in DTS examples 4-space is preferred.

<title>dt-bindings: Another pass removing cases of 'allOf' containing a '$ref'</title>

Another pass at removing unnecessary use of 'allOf' with a '$ref'.

json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords.

Allows PMIC charger loops which are slow(i.e. cannot meet the
15ms deadline) to still comply to pSnkStby i.e Maximum power
that can be consumed by sink while in Sink Standby state as defined
in 7.4.2 Sink Electrical Parameters of USB Power Delivery Specification
Revision 3.0, Version 1.2.

This patch introduces slow-charger-loop which when set makes
the port request PD_P_SNK_STDBY_MW(2.5W i.e 500mA@5V) upon entering
SNK_DISCOVERY (instead of 3A or the 1.5A during SNK_DISCOVERY) and the
actual currrent limit after RX of PD_CTRL_PSRDY for PD link or during
SNK_READY for non-pd link.

Pull devicetree updates from Rob Herring:

 - Sync dtc to upstream version v1.6.0-51-g183df9e9c2b9 and build host
   fdtoverlay

 - Add kbuild support to build DT overlays (%.dtbo)

 - Drop NULLifying match table in of_match_device().

In preparation for this, there are several driver cleanups to use
   (of_)?device_get_match_data().

 - Drop pointless wrappers from DT struct device API

 - Convert USB binding schemas to use graph schema and remove old plain
   text graph binding doc

 - Convert spi-nor and v3d GPU bindings to DT schema

 - Tree wide schema fixes for if/then schemas, array size constraints,
and undocumented compatible strings in examples

 - Handle 'no-map' correctly for already reserved memblock regions

The correct syntax for JSON pointers begins with a '/' after the '#'.
Without a '/', the string should be interpreted as a subschema
identifier. The jsonschema module currently doesn't handle subschema
identifiers and incorrectly allows JSON pointers to begin without a '/'.
Let's fix this before it becomes a problem when jsonschema module is
fixed.
