My name is stamped into maintainership for a big slew of DT
bindings. Now that it is changing, switch it over to my
kernel.org mail address, which will hopefully be stable for the
rest of my life.

The AMD Seattle DWC AHCI is behind an IOMMU and has 1-3 entries, so add
the 'iommus' property. There's not a specific compatible, so we can't
limit it to Seattle.

The "apm,xgene-ahci-v2" compatible has been in use for a long time, but
was undocumented. It doesn't require clocks or phys.

Remove the "apm,xgene-ahci-pcie" compatible which isn't used anywhere
while we're here.

The 'target-supply' property is used by some i.MX devicetree files.

Document it to fix the following dt-schema warning:

'target-supply' does not match any of the regexes: '^pinctrl-[0-9]+$'

Convert the Arasan/SPEAr Compact Flash Controller to DT schema format.

The "clock-frequency" property isn't actually used. Add a single
"clocks" entry as the Linux driver supports a single clock though the
platform still doesn't have clocks in DT.

Convert the Marvell Orion SATA Controller to DT schema format.

The clocks and clock-names properties were missing. The names for
phy-names were incorrect. The maximum "nr-ports" was determined from the
Linux driver.
