Add dt bindings for the Marvell PXA1908 SoC and the Samsung Galaxy Core
Prime VE LTE phone (model number SM-G361F) using the SoC.

The SoC comes with 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked up to ~1.2GHz and a
Vivante GC7000UL GPU. The phone also has a 4.5" 480x800 touchscreen, 8GB
eMMC and 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM.

There's a bunch of bindings for (mostly l2) cache controllers
scattered to the four winds, move them to a common directory.
I renamed the freescale l2cache.txt file, as while that might make sense
when the parent dir is fsl, it's confusing after the move.
The two Marvell bindings have had a "marvell," prefix added to match
their compatibles.

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that
it is a "Devicetree binding", but instead just describe the hardware.

Drop trailing "Devicetree bindings" in various forms (also with
trailing full stop):

In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties
being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As the top-level
board/SoC schemas always have additional properties, add
'additionalProperties: true'.

Add compatible strings for the boards we have in tree. At the same time,
fix the MMP3 compatible string: the preferred vendor name for Marvell is
"marvell", not "mrvl", and indeed "marvell,mmp3" has been actively used,
not "mrvl,mmp3".
