Remove this in most .yaml files, so hopefully preventing developers copying it into new .yaml files, and being asked to remove it. dt-bindings: Explicitly allow additional properties in board/SoC schemas

In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As the top-level board/SoC schemas always have additional properties, add 'additionalProperties: true'. Clean-up incorrect indentation, extra spaces, long lines, and missing EOF newline in schema files. Most of the clean-ups are for list indentation which should always be 2 spaces more than the preceding keyword. Found with yamllint (which I plan to integrate into the checks).
